Baltimore Police Catch Alleged Peeping Tom
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore City police say they've caught a Peeping Tom who was frightening women at Harborplace.
Officers arrested David Knight. He is accused of using his cell phone to take a picture of a 15-year-old girl using the bathroom.
Detectives say they received tips from a number of women who called Knight "creepy." Surveillance photos also led them to the suspect.
