A Silver Lining
The Orioles lost to the Toronto Blue Jays last night 9-5. They're 31-68 on the season and at this point calling it dissapointing is an understatement. One positive emerged last night though. Catcher Matt Wieters had his first two home run game as an Oriole. He also walked twice. Wieters may finally be showing us the stuff that had Oriole fans so excited when he was drafted a few years back. He was once dubbed "Joe Mauer with power". He hasn't come close to that yet, but maybe, hopefully, last night was a sign of things to come.
