Accident Shuts Down I-895 During Morning Rush Hour
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- All lanes are open now on I-895 near O'Donnell Street.
An accident with injuries shut down the road for several hours during the morning rush hour.
One person was trapped inside a vehicle for over 90 minutes.
The Go Team from Johns Hopkins was called to help out.
Commuters took I-95 and the Key Bridge as detours.
