$35,000 In Vehicle Wheels Stolen From Dealership
ELDERSBURG, Md. (AP) -- The owner of a Chevrolet dealership in Eldersburg says 32 wheels have been stolen from vehicles on his lot.
Jeff Barnes of Jeff Barnes Chevrolet tells the Carroll County Times that the wheels, worth $35,000, were taken off Cadillac Escalades and Chevy Tahoes on his lot early Tuesday.
Barnes says wheel thefts happen often, but never had this many been taken.
Maryland State Police are investigating.
