2 People In Critical Condition After Two-Car Crash On I-83 At Cold Spring Lane
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- I-83 is back open Sunday after a two car crash sent two people to the hospital.
It happened at around 11:15 a.m. southbound near Exit 9 at Cold Spring Lane.
A cone now stands where the guardrail was damaged.
It's unclear what caused the wreck, but firefighters said both victims are in critical condition.
