2 Baltimore-Based Series Nominated For Emmy Awards
BALTIMORE (WJZ)--The nominations are out for this year's primetime Emmy awards.
The Netflix series "House of Cards" -- filmed right here in Baltimore -- is up for best drama series.
Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright also received lead acting nominations.
The series "VEEP" -- also filmed in Baltimore -- was nominated for best comedy series, with Julia Louis-Dreyfus up for best actress.
The CBS hit show "The Big Bang Theory" also picked up a nomination for best comedy series.
