JD Vance greets supporters at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
Vice President JD Vance attended a meet-and-greet Wednesday morning at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
Vance shook hands and posed for photos with supporters, who greeted him with chants of "48," a reference to a potential presidential run in 2028.
The event began around 10:50 a.m. at Southwest Airlines Cargo, 3400 North Interloop Road, and was held outdoors on the airport tarmac.
Vance did not hold a formal news conference. He was seen speaking with U.S. Rep. Mike Collins, who is challenging Democratic U.S. Sen. Jon Ossoff, and Republican lieutenant governor candidate Josh Dolezal, among others.
