Wildfires burning out of control in Southern California

Firefighters are battling nine major wildfires in and around San Diego County, but a blaze in San Marcos is their top priority. Wind gusts as high as 45 mph pushed the fire up steep hills and into an affluent section of the city. Waves of helicopters and planes dropped water and flame retardants to extinguish the blaze. Carter Evans reports.
