Washington, D.C. Metro shut down for inspections

The nation’s second-biggest subway system is closed for critical safety inspections. The Washington Metro's unprecedented 29-hour shutdown is crippling the morning commute for more than 700,000 daily riders. The federal government is open, but many of its employees can work from home. Jeff Pegues reports.
