Ten Commandments monument destroyed in Arkansas
Less than 24 hours after Arkansas' new Ten Commandments monument was placed on state Capitol grounds, police say a man rammed a vehicle into it, smashing the monument to pieces. The man then surrendered to police. Amanda Jaeger of CBS affiliate KTHV-TV reports.
