Supreme Court hears arguments in racially charged death penalty case

The Supreme Court heard arguments in a case involving a convicted killer who may have been sent to death row because of his race. Attorneys for the Texas man say the jury was tainted by testimony and evidence that suggested the defendant's race could influence whether he would commit violent acts in the future.
