S.C. gets state fossil after 8-year-old's efforts

South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley held a signing ceremony recognizing the woolly mammoth as the official state fossil. The idea was hatched by 8-year-old Olivia McConnell but ran into trouble when senators tacked on language declaring mammoths were God's creations. Norah O'Donnell reports.
