Snow turns Washington, D.C., into ghost town
Of the 300,000 federal workers in the Washington area, nearly all were told to stay home. The Capitol was all but empty after the biggest snowstorm in four years sent members of Congress rushing out of town for a weeklong recess. Chip Reid reports.
