Republicans signal they're open to regulating bump stocks
In a sea change for Republicans, lawmakers from the House Speaker on down said they're open to banning "bump stocks." The affordable devices essentially turn legal semi-automatic rifles into machine guns capable of firing hundreds of rounds a minute. Nancy Cordes reports.
