Major Food Group restaurants turn the familiar into extraordinary
Formed eight years ago, Major Food Group operates some of the most iconic restaurants in New York. Last year, Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick re-opened two restaurants in the building that, for more than four decades, had been the home of the famed Four Seasons. Dana Jacobson spoke to them about the story behind their success.
