Inland Puerto Rico still suffering weeks after Hurricane Maria

The death toll in Puerto Rico more than doubled overnight. Most of the new deaths are from the island's rural interior, where people are still without water and electricity, and where aid is arriving very slowly. It's difficult to measure the staggering toll of the hurricane there. Dr. Jon LaPook reports.
