How "spoofing" is upending the "Do Not Call" list

The national "Do Not Call" registry established in 2003 was supposed to cut down the number of telemarketing calls. But complaints to the Federal Trade Commission have nearly tripled since 2009. As Nancy Cordes explains, advances in technology have allowed callers to easily dodge the list.
