Grieving parents push for sensors to prevent hot car deaths

A newly-proposed bill to help stop hot car deaths would require vehicles to be equipped with sensors that alert drivers once the engine is turned off that a child is in the backseat. Some argue the technology might not make it to the parents who need it most. Kris Van Cleave reports.
