Gov. Scott signs Florida school safety and gun law
Florida Gov. RIck Scott met with families of victims from the school shooting in Parkland and signed a new safety school bill which will raise the minimum limit to buy rifles from 18 to 21 years old and ban bump stocks. It also gives an option for some teachers to be armed. Watch his remarks.
