FBI outlines possible motive of Navy Yard gunman
The FBI released surveillance video of Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis that investigators said shows the attack was not directed at any particular person. Information retrieved from Alexis' cellphone and laptop indicate he believed outside forces were using radio waves to control him. Bob Orr reports.
