Detecting Alzheimer's: Blood test predicts those likely to get disease

Georgetown University scientists designed a blood test that can tell a person if they're at risk for developing Alzheimer's within three years of testing, and a study published in Nature Medicine finds a 90 percent accuracy rate. Dr. James Galvin, professor of neurology at New York University Langone Medical Center, talks about the development with the "CBS This Morning" co-hosts.
