Dangerous cold invades upper Midwest
As a historic cold snap grips the Midwest, the worst of the cold is affecting Minnesota and North Dakota, where wind chills of 60 below zero have been recorded. Jamie Yuccas of CBS station WCCO in Minneapolis reports
