Congress to review questionable bonuses for VA hospital officials
A CBS News investigation in January found that a Veterans Affairs hospital did not report an outbreak of Legionnaires' disease until after patients died. The official who oversaw that hospital -- along with others who oversaw VA hospitals that had problems with patient care -- received big bonuses. Elaine Quijano reports.
