China tests ban on homework to the delight of students
China has proposed changes that would cut back on -- and, in some cases, ban -- homework for students and eliminate standardized tests in lower grades. High school seniors say the academic pressure is so intense, they miss out on more important aspects of life. Seth Doane reports.
