Are America's bridges safe? New app for reporting infrastructure problems
The American Society of Civil Engineers gave the U.S. an overall rating of a "D+" for overall infrastructure and one group is trying to change that. Building America's Future created an app that let's consumers reach out to members of Congress about failing roads and bridges with the hope that it will inspire them to do something about it. Chip Reid reports.
