American says it is "an honor" to be gored by a bull
In this year's Running of the Bulls in Pamplona, Spain, Chicago native Bill Hillmann almost died when a bull's horn nearly missed a major artery and punctured his leg. Nevertheless, he is considered America's best bull-runner. Jeff Glor reports.
