"Affluenza" mom agrees to return to Texas as son remains in Mexico
Los Angeles law enforcement officials are working to coordinate Tonya Couch's return to Texas. The mother of the so-called “affluenza” teen appeared before a Los Angeles judge Tuesday and waived her extradition. Her son, Ethan, is still in a Mexico City immigration facility fighting deportation. Mireya Villarreal reports.
