300,000 West Virginia residents remain without clean water

A chemical used to clean coal spilled into the Elk River, contaminating the groundwater in nine West Virginia counties. For the fourth day, residents lined up for bottled water, trucked in by the National Guard, while booms have been set up along the river to contain the chemical spill. Chip Reid reports
