Winter storm could bring up to three feet of snow in D.C.
As the snow storm moves north from North Carolina, many regions including Washington, D.C., are under states of emergency. Up to three feet of snow could fall in D.C., where a little more than an inch of snow was enough to cripple the city earlier this week.
