Watch: Jack Smith says probe found Trump was "looking for ways to stay in power"

Former special counsel Jack Smith said his investigation found President Trump "was not looking for honest answers about whether there was fraud in the election." While responding to questions from Democratic Rep. Zoe Lofgren, Smith said Mr. Trump "was looking for ways to stay in power."
