Speaker Ryan: President Obama does not respect Second Amendment
Days after President Obama announced executive actions aimed at strengthening background checks, House Speaker Paul Ryan says the president does not respect the Second Amendment. The Speaker believes there is no gun show loophole and said the president's actions would not have stopped any shootings.
