Oil surges on Syria concerns

The tension in the Middle East is driving up the cost of crude oil. On Tuesday the price of crude jumped about 3 percent to its highest level in a year and a half. And gold, seen as a safe haven for investments during volatility, is also climbing to its highest level since May. Ashley Morrison reports.
