New "active shooter" tech displayed at Massachusetts school
School officials in Methuen, Massachusetts, demonstrated a new system to detect and track a gunman, which they say is the first of its kind being used in a public school. The system’s sensors automatically trigger alerts that reach police officers and certain school officials within seconds of shots being fired.
