E.U. leaders demand explanation for U.S. spying

New revelations that U.S. intelligence monitored phone calls of 35 world leaders, including German Chancellor Angela Merkel's cell phone, have prompted demands for the U.S. to explain why it's spying on its allies. Mark Phillips reports.
