Dangerous winter storm hits part of U.S. with snow and powerful winds

A winter storm pummeled parts of the U.S. from Minnesota to New York. Hurricane-force winds whipped across Buffalo, with gusts up to 79 mph. In Detroit, the dangerous snow and ice caused pileup crashes. Ian Lee reports.
