Christie rejects new allegations of political bullying

Hoboken Mayor Dawn Zimmer accused Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno of threatening to withhold Sandy aid funds unless she supported a waterfront development backed by Christie. Christie has denied those allegations. CBS News correspondent Elaine Quijano reports.
