Bloomberg: Stop-and-frisk ruling a "dangerous decision"

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is furious over a federal judge's ruling that the city's Stop and Frisk policy illegally targeted minorities. Judge Shira Scheindlin didn't end Stop-and-Frisk, but appointed an independent monitor to oversee major changes. Charlie Rose reports.
