Garland investigating cloudy creek water
The city says preliminary testing did not find any hazards, but people are still being asked to stay out of the water for now. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality is conducting a more thorough test. We're also told crews have worked through the day to pump out the contamination and replace it with fresh water.
