Dallas Police chief could potentially replace Houston chief
Dallas Police Chief Eddie Garcia is being courted for the top police position down in Houston. But the Dallas Police Association, which represents 3,000 officers, is urging the city to do whatever it takes to keep Garcia from leaving.
