City leaders committed to keeping police chief in Dallas
Dallas city leaders are pledging to do whatever it takes to keep Police Chief Eddie Garcia in Dallas after the city of Houston reportedly expressed interest in hiring him. Interim city manager Kim Tolbert even released a public statement telling other cities to back off.
