Coach May Have Sexually Abused More Kids

GARLAND (CBS 11 NEWS) - Police say there may be several more victims in a child sex abuse case out of Garland.
After the arrest of Bernardo Mondragon-Guzman, 41, several parents came forward to Garland police with concerns that their child may also be a victim.
Police will be begin interviewing the new possible victims next week.
Mondragon-Guzman was arrested Tuesday after a 10 year old boy accused his coach of molesting him. Police say the abuse went on for almost two years.
Mondragon-Guzman coached with the Garland Soccer Association for the past 5 years, and police believe there may be even more, older victims.
Even though, the association performs two background checks on coaches every year, no one knew Mondragon-Guzman was in the country illegally.
Third party background checks provide a lot of information, according to Joe Harn, spokesperson for the Garland Police Department, but they don't show information on immigration status.
Police are urging possible victims to come forward.
