Watch: Scene of shooting, crash in North Vallejo
Police activity in Vallejo was centered in the area of Broadway and Mahogany Drive south of Lewis Brown Drive following a shooting on Monday. Officers were seen surrounding a bullet-riddled vehicle with mulitple bullet casing markers on the ground.
