San Francisco authorities announce felony charges in deadly West Portal crash
San Francisco Police Chief William Scott and SF District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announce that the 78-year-old woman who was driving the SUV that struck and killed a family of four in West Portal last March will face four felony counts of vehicular manslaughter.
