Sacramento to pay $1.7 million in police shooting of Stephon Clark
A settlement has been reached in a police shooting of an unarmed Black man in Sacramento. The city will pay $1.7 million to the parents of Stephon Clark who was killed by officers while holding a cell phone in 2018. But as Marlee Ginter reports, some say there is still more that needs to be done.
