Higher water level at Lake Shasta is actually another sign of worsening drought

Lake Shasta is at 31% of its total capacity as we enter the fourth year of the drought. But the lake is actually higher now than it was this time last year as the drought has severely cut back on water allowances from the lake. Wilson Walker reports.
