Billionaire Chris Larsen’s $9.4 million donation to fund new SFPD investigation center
Mayor Daniel Lurie announced Thursday a $9.4 million donation from Ripple founder Chris Larsen to upgrade the department’s surveillance technology, which includes a new location for the Real-Time Investigation Center.
