Federal Judge Upholds San Francisco Instant Runoff Voting

A federal judge in San Francisco has upheld the city's instant runoff voting system. U.S. District Judge Richard Seeborg issued a summary judgment last week dismissing a challenge filed by six citizens, including former Board of Supervisors candidate Ron Dudum.
