Woman Claiming To Have Explosive On Sacramento Bridge In Custody

SACRAMENTO (CBS 13) -- A woman claiming to have an explosive device who shut down the Tower Bridge and Capitol Mall in Sacramento Tuesday afternoon was safely taken into custody, according to authorities.

The incident began shortly after 3 p.m. when Sacramento police tweeted that Capitol Mall was closed from the Tower Bridge east to 3rd Street as authorities tried to contact a woman who had stopped her car on the bridge.
