When 'Carrie' Met 'Samantha'

(CW PHILLY) - The first season of "The Carrie Diaries" left everyone wondering when Carrie would finally meet her eventual three best friends, the girls she spent so much time with as an adult in NY, during 'Sex and The City', Charlotte, Miranda and Samantha.

It seems we will soon see the start of one of these friendships. Samantha (originally played by actress Kim Cattrall), is set to meet young Carrie Bradshaw in second season of the CW show.

Not much is known yet about her character yet, but as always we will keep you posted!

'The Carrie Diaries' will air Fridays on the CW Bay Area with the new season starting in October.
