DALY CITY (CBS SF) -- Two small earthquakes struck Saturday morning off the coast of San Francisco near its border with San Mateo County, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
At 6:11 a.m., a magnitude-2.4 earthquake occurred less than four miles west-northwest of Broadmoor, in unincorporated San Mateo County.
Less than three minutes later, a magnitude-1.4 earthquake took place nearby, 3.7 miles west-northwest of Daly City.
